Supporting pre-K education, as detailed in the Build Back Better plan, accelerates social skills training and foundational learning habits. I do not support school voucher programs that divert funds from public education to the private education sector. The Homes for Every Local Protector, Educator, and Responder – also known as HELPER – Act would provide easier entry to home ownership for teachers. Supporting public education means standing for the collective dream of an inclusive, educated and vibrant society.
